Avio Express operates as an e-commerce platform offering certified refurbished desktop PCs, laptops, and IT accessories. The platform also operates as a multi-vendor marketplace where approved third-party sellers/vendors may list and sell their goods alongside our catalog.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features (such as tracking orders, placing inquiries, or vendor management), you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Products & Pricing
• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display accurate specifications, images, and descriptions of all refurbished products and accessories. Minor cosmetic differences may occur due to the renewed/refurbished nature of certain hardware, but all items are fully tested and operational.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable regional packaging, fragile handling, and delivery fees are calculated and displayed transparently during checkout based on delivery PIN code.
4. Orders & Payments
• Order Placement: An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your purchase request. We reserve the right to verify, hold, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) as well as Direct Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible.
• Bank Transfers: For offline/direct transfers, proof of transaction (UTR/transaction ID) must be shared for verification before the order is dispatched.
5. Shipping, Handling & Logistics
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination location (Delhi NCR or Outstation). Fragile and heavy desktop items are packed with reinforced multi-layer protective packaging. Customers must inspect outer packaging upon delivery before acknowledging receipt.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, banners, logos, and software code, is the property of Avio Express or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Vendor Liability & Third-Party Sellers
Products sold by third-party vendors on our platform are fulfilled under our marketplace delivery rules. While we vet our sellers, independent vendors remain liable for their product descriptions, stock integrity, and merchantability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Avio Express shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through the platform beyond the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
